1. Parking for one vehicle is included with your stay and is allowed in the designated parking spot marked with the reservation's unit number.
2. Guests must be at least 18 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different).
3. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
4. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
5. All guests shall abide by Beach 5 Villas' good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
6. Pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms only. There is a $300.00 fee for any dog discovered in a non-pet friendly room/unit. The person(s) or party registering is responsible for reviewing and consenting to the Pet Policy and Agreement, in addition to this Registration Agreement. Failure to read or acknowledge these documents does not exempt the guest from complying with the rules or covering any pet-related damages. At check-in, the guest must declare/register each dog and/or ADA compliant Service Dog by providing full information and signature required on a Pet Policy and Agreement and the Guest is responsible to strictly abide by all policies.
7. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside suites, on patios, and within 30 feet of windows and doors. If evidence of smoking is found inside the suite, a $300 fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Smoking on balconies, in the courtyard, or near windows and doors will result in a $150 fee, charged to the credit card on file. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area.
8. Linens and Towels Policy: Guests understand and agree not to use bedding, towels, or linens for purposes such as removing makeup or cleaning dirt, sand, mud, or debris from shoes or beach equipment. Makeup-specific towels are provided in each unit, and an outdoor shower station is available for rinsing off sand or cleaning beach gear. A $150.00 fee will be charged for any damages or stains on linens, towels, or bedding that cannot be effectively removed through standard laundering methods.
9. Cancellation Policy: Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and the check-in date is at least 14 days away. Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.No refund if canceled within 30 days of check-in, or if the booking was made less than 14 days before check-in. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
10. The person(s) or party registering is responsible for all charges and/or any damages to the room, furnishings, fixtures, linens, towels, bedding, or property and agrees to reimburse Beach 5 Villas by the credit card given at check-in, and also gives Beach 5 Villas authorization to do so should damage occur.
11. Beach 5 Villas and staff assume no responsibility for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

Pet Policy
For the health, safety, and enjoyment of all of our guests, staff, and owners the following Pet Policy has been established:
There is a $25.00 PET FEE per dog per night, excluding an ADA compliant Service Dog, per stay which will appear as a separate charge on your room receipt. ONE DOG LIMIT. Fees must be paid before check-in.
At check-in, the guest must declare/register each dog and/or ADA compliant Service Dog by providing full information and signature required on a Pet Policy and Agreement and the Guest is responsible to strictly abide by all policies.We allow dogs under 30 lbs. with no exceptions. The dog must be house broken and crate trained in order to be left alone in the unit. If you don't have a crate with you, please, take your pet with you whenever you leave the unit to avoid stressing out your pet and disturbing other guests. There is a $300.00 cleaning fee, determined solely by management, for a room left in an unsatisfactory condition.Dogs must NEVER be left unattended in the room at any time, if the dog is not in a kennel crate or if there is a noise complaint from another guest. There is a $300.00 fee for barking/unattended dog(s) in hotel room or hotel parking lot. Unattended/barking dog(s) may be removed from the room or hotel property by Hotel staff and/or animal control without liability on the part of the hotel and the guest will assume any/all cost for such removal.Dogs must be leashed and under direct restraint at all times outside your room and/or on hotel property.We require each dog and/or ADA compliant Service Dog to wear a collar or harness with current tags attached: identification and contact information, current license, and proof of current rabies vaccination.We adhere to the ADA definition of Service Dog. When it is not obvious what service a Service Dog provides, Staff may ask two clarifying questions to determine eligibility 28 CFR 36.302 (c) (6).The Guest is liable for the health, safety, and welfare of their dogs at all times.Guest agrees and authorizes Beach 5 Villas to assess charges to the credit card on file at registration for any fees and/or additional charges for all damages discovered prior to or after departure, including, but not limited to: pet odor and stains, repair or replacement of hotel property, excessive and/or exceptional cleaning or extermination charges, loss of hotel revenue caused by the dog, including an ADA compliant Service Dog 28 CFR 36.302 (c) (8)
