After falling in love with Amelia Island, we sold two of our properties on the West Coast and decided to invest in a local place we could turn into a budget-friendly spot for young travelers like us. The result? Beach 5 Villas, located right across the street from the beach on Fletcher Avenue.

This place was a total fixer-upper when we bought it, but with the help of family, friends, and a top-notch construction crew, we’ve been transforming it step by step. Our goal is to keep that old-school Florida charm but with modern amenities, creating a boutique-style resort without the luxury price tag. We’ve already completed Phase One, which means nine of the 14 units are renovated with fresh, modern designs. We also installed super-fast Wi-Fi, so you can stream, game, or hop on your Zoom calls without a hitch—even outside!

Future plans? We’re working on finishing four more two-bedroom units, plus adding awesome landscaping, a heated pool, and a jacuzzi to make your stay even better.
